What data we process

From the enquiry form we process your name, company, email address, optional phone number, the selected service and your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to handle your enquiry and for related communication. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and the consent you give by submitting the form.

Retention period

We keep enquiries for as long as it takes to handle them and afterwards for the period required by our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

Recipients

We do not pass your data to third parties for their marketing. Technical processors may include our email delivery provider (Resend) and hosting provider (Cloudflare), where used in production.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
